Jenny is a leadership strategist and facilitator with deep expertise in helping individuals and organizations unlock overlooked potential to build inclusive, future-facing leadership. Drawing on years of experience working with leaders across industries and at every career stage, she brings a nuanced understanding of what drives authentic leadership and organizational transformation.
Known for her clarity, empathy, and systems thinking, Jenny helps clients build the internal capacity to lead with purpose, adapt to complexity, and catalyze meaningful change. She brings a strategic, equity-centered lens to leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational design.
Jenny studied at the University of California at Los Angeles, New York University, and the University of Southern California.
