Lucy brings 10 years of learning and development experience to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to tackle challenges by disrupting old patterns, fostering agency, and nurturing social cohesion.
With a rich background in psychology, philosophy, adaptive leadership, human-centered design, group dynamics, adult learning theory, and coaching, Lucy blends theory with her practical experience in managing strategic efforts across diverse sectors.
Lucy studied at Wichita State University.
